Will there be any difference in Haysi's performance once James Colley and Larry Compton take over as coaches or will they be about the same as when Coach Sutherland was at the helm?

Haysi's D hasn't been half bad this year...but, I think Larry Compton and James Colley will work on Defense more thorougly.

Coach Sutherland is a great coach and he will be greatly missed while he is gone.... Coach Colley and Mr. Compton are also great coaches with lots of experience... Colley has been assisting this year, and Compton never misses a game... They know what the boys are capable of doing.....You probably won't see much change...the boys have confidence in Colley and Compton and have been anticipating the change since before the season started.

I think Haysi will be a more well rounded and tougher to defend team with Colley and Compton. I think we will utilize the post a little more and definitely be a better defensive and rebounding team. No offense to Coach Sutherland who is a great person and a great motivator who is loved by his players.

I think you are right I think the team will be much better on defense. Colley and Compton will use the bench much better. I wish Coach Sutherland the very best, he is a good guy and a good coach.
